Hey, gang! Just a reminder to email or text me your May Goals so I can post asap. I have quite a few, but not everyones yet. And don't forget DaPodageeFitnessDude's challenge to us all---add another lb(or mile or workout) to your goal since the first Saturday in May is almost 5 weeks away vs the normal 4 week period.
Along that line, I will state my goal as maintenance of my 170lb weight, but to add a fitness goal of completing my Poola Street run/walk climb in 21 minutes vs the normal 22 minutes (bottom of the hill to my doorstep). And if anyone wants to join me for a training session, I normally attempt this on Sunday mornings or weekday eves are good too (a lot cooler that's for sure!). LMK...
