October Results and November Goals

Howzit, Fitness Family!
Sorry, just finished big deadline for work this past weekend, please excuse my absence here.  Now more time to post info during the month.  Keep up the posts, emails and texts....love hearing from everyone!Good news:  Everyone who reported hit their October Goals!  Bad news:  Coach Mike is on IR (Injured Reserved)...going to check out knee this Thursday....so haitus for him for November.  Otherwise, see goals achieved below and new ones for November.  This will be last "regular" month of the year....December and January goals are the real test of our willpower....Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years coming. Prep for the challenge----We can do it!

It really says 205.6 (on my goal of 206...)
