Results Thus Far for April Saturday Goal

Hi, Again, Fitness Family:
I know we are all busy and had many events this weekend, so I haven't heard from everyone yet.  Please email or text or post here your results.  I also realize many of you are now past the 1 year mark, so the motivation/goal may need some distinct change in order to keep it fresh and inspiring...let me know any ideas you have along those lines.

Early Reporting Friday

Yesterday, Rick reported in...congrats!  Made his 179 goal the hard way....insanity and 5 mile run at night!  I barely made mine (170) too, and Michele hit her 12 workouts...no problem.  How's everyone else doing?  Tim said on Wed eve he was really close!  Post or email or text....thanks!

Goal Saturday! Perfect Before Easter!

Aloha, Fitness Family!
Sorry I haven't posted in a while (you guys too!), but I know we are all superbusy.  Just a reminder, Goal Saturday (or early Friday) reporting is this week.  Please post or email/text me with your updated goals....lots of us have changed their goal measurement, so please update everyone.  My apologies to Rick for last month he was on Injury Hiatus.  Everyone is back on board (Terri?), so keep the communications coming.  Send or post goals by Thursday and I will post.  Mahalo!
