Reset and Renew

Hey, Fitness Family!
If you're still on track for your June Goal, keep going, and let us know how you're doing, but if you're  like most this month, it's a good month to take a break, and reset, refresh and renew your commitment to your own fitness goals.....and set a new goal for July.

In June I'll contact each of you via email and see where everyone's at.

Goal Saturday/Early Reporting Friday are Here!

Hi, Fitness Family:
Though the number of now active members is down, we who are left are still hanging in there.  It is true....only the brave take the challenge, and those who continue to perservere will continue to reap the rewards.  Let me know if you're still in, and what your May Goal is....post here, text, email or call me.  Some of the goal status I am aware of currently (my apologies if I have forgotten what you sent to me earlier):

Rick        Goal:  16 workouts
Michele   Illness Hiatus
Galen      Maintain weight, 16 workouts
Mike       214 (back in the game after injury last month)
Terrence  New weight goal   172
