Congratulations!


According to DaPake, sounds like a bunch of you were hitting your goals this morning! Congratulations!

I was worried myself after dinner at Zippy's with Terrence last night! Although we both had the `ono grilled garlic salmon, no rice, sub in tossed greens, it was rather late in the evening. My weigh-in at 10:30PM was 222.3. It was a nice surprise to see 219.6 this morning after only sleeping! Then I played basketball for a couple of hours and hit the 216.8 you see here...

May Day Goal = 215 lbs.
