As we all have come to expect, everyone who has reported in has attained their monthly goal again! Awesome! And I know it was especially tough this month, talking with some of you and reading your texts and emails. See Results below.
Safety, Care and......Age? Please be careful everyone as I know we are all pushing ourselves physically each day, and just having some amazing ytd results. The pounds lost and progress made has been simply incredible and inspiring. That said, we have quite a few on the mend in our group, so please be careful. We are all in for the long term. Remember that. Couldn't have anything to do with age, huh? Nah! (Denial! or is it strong will to succeed?). And along this line, if you have any remedies, helpful solutions, medications, alternative healing methods...please share.
Injury update: Mike had his MRI on leg on Saturday....will find out more soon. I am having an MRI on my shoulder/bicep today (don't ask...it's an embarassing story). Terri reports that her next months goal may have to be modified to frozen shoulder problem. If anyone else has to go on Injured Reserve, let me know....and please call if you find out where we can find the stop aging pill!

December Goals:
Please send me your next goal for December 3rd. Along this line, I have talked to some of you and would like to make this suggestion. Since holiday season is upon us for the next two months, it would be still a good achievement (not great according to leader, Mike, but okay) to MAINTAIN your existing weight, or your existing number of workouts. So consider that.....I know I am in for that, and Rick too! Steph is still going for 2lb loss, and some are still deciding. Just let me know.....talk to you all soon!
BTW, Mike and I have officially made 1 Year of doing this! And although we are both injured at this point due to activity incidents (bball game for him, running fall for me), we are truly greatful for our results this year:
me---18 lbs lost, Mike--30 lbs lost!
