Happy Pre-Thanksgiving!

Aloha, Fit Friends!
No doubt we are all preparing for a great Turkey Day on Thursday.  And as we all look forward to spending time with family and friends, and enjoying fantastic meals, the ultimate dilemma occurs for us---do we totally pig-out on Thanksgiving (take our one day off for the week on this special holiday) or ease up a little and do a little portion control???  Since I haven't been able to exercise with normal frequency recently, I think (hope?) I will try to take a little less on the first serving, and try to slow down on the intake.  Easy to say, so hard to do!

But whatever the case, enjoy this holiday week...we all deserve it....as a group we have worked so hard, and achieved so much!  I am proud and thankful to be associated with such a dedicated and hard working group as ours.
