may results

Ok everyone I weighed in at 189.4 this morning. Over two months have lost just over 6 lbs. Goal for next month 187.

Hardass fitness is still kicking my butt. But don't know if my ass is getting any harder. The hardest part is to get the mechanics of what they are doing correct. My cardio is just ok and but the ever changing excercises are hard to master. Slowly getting better at getting the correct form but have a long way to go.
