DaBigBigBoy and Steph Dial In!

Aaaah....modern day communication systems...don't you love em?  Or at least understand how they work?  Well, now i have gotten a text that was missed and an email that finally arrived.  AND WE ARE 100% AGAIN IN MAY!  Dave T (DaBIgBigBoy) emailed that he hit his goal of 241 (Actual 240.__), and Steph hit goal of ten 30 minute minimum workout sessions in April....and she lost 2.8 lbs!  Increased exercise sessions to 45-60 minutes each, and she is doing tennis, jogging and Zumba. 

Wow, Gang!  Impressive....everyone has hit their goals thus far this year....let's all keep it going!  If you haven't posted or communicated your June goal, please do so....keep it up!
