Confirmed September 3rd Goals

Howzit, everyone!  I did receive confirmation and final information to complete next month's Goals.  And here they are....

John     3 workouts per week (12 total)
Rick     183 lbs
Dave     233 lbs
Wendell  189 lbs
Cindy    9 workouts + 4 weight workouts with trainer (go Cindy!)
Terri     9 workouts (traveling to setup son at college)
Michele  12 workouts
Steph      136 lbs
Mike       208 lbs
Terrence  170 lbs (maintain)
Tim        243 lbs
