Better Late than Never, RIght?!

Sorry, Gang!  I have been on vacation....and busier than ever!  My apologies for not posting this earlier after the 6th.  It was another 100% MONTH!  Everyone (who was participating...hint, Tim!) hit their August 6th goal.  Congratulations, everyone!  Keep up the tremendous work.  Remember, it's a lifestyle change....and it is so cool to see everyone doing it so well.  See below for results:

John      Goal: 175 lbs    Got it!
Rick      Goal: 185 lbs    Done!
Dave     Goal:  235 lbs    Achieved!
Wendell  Goal:  191 lbs  Got it!
Cindy    Goal:  9 workouts (due to 1 wk sick)   Got it!
Terri     Goal:  12 workouts    Exceeded it!
Michele  Goal:  12 workouts  Way Exceeded it!
Steph    Goal:  138 lbs   Got it!
Mike     Goal:  210 lbs    Easy!
Terrence  Goal:  170 lbs  Hard! But got it!
Tim     Goal:  Travel Hiatus

Okay, I have received the following goals for Sept....please verify these are correct, or please send me your goal if you didn't or i messed up and forgot (sorry!):

John     3 workouts per week (12 total)
Rick     183 lbs?
Dave     233 lbs?
Wendell  189 lbs
Cindy    9 workouts + 4 weight workouts with trainer (go Cindy!)
Terri     9 workouts (traveling to setup son at college)
Michele  12 workouts
Steph      136 lbs
Mike       208 lbs
Terrence  170 lbs,  Fitness goal still to be determined
Tim        ? lbs

Okay gang! Almost three full weeks to go till Sept 3rd!  Lots of time!
