Was at Iolani waiting for basketball practice so tried to make my own "hardass" work out. This would be a sample of what happens there. If you have nothing to do while you wait for your kids you can try this........
warm up - 4 x around track. I ran in lane 5 for the 50 somethings you can choose your lane
work out -
- run (walk, crawl as necessary) all the stairs in the stands
- 10 burbies (down, push up, up, jumping jack)
- 1 lap around track
4 reps.
This was inspired after seeing Terrance's ripped body at the Iolani pool yesterday.
