Better Late Than Never! Sept Goals Achieved, October Goal Date is Two Days Away!

Aloha, Fit Friends!

Welcome two new members to our group, Galen and Lisa Haneda. They joined us earlier this month, and emailed me their first goal targets soon after.(see below);My sincere apologies for not posting anything for almost the entire month of September! It has been an extremely busy time! But I have seen almost everyone in the group (except my sister, Steph) this month, and everyone is progressing all according to plan. CONGRATULATIONS to the entire group on achieving their September Goals.
