I know we are all busy and had many events this weekend, so I haven't heard from everyone yet. Please email or text or post here your results. I also realize many of you are now past the 1 year mark, so the motivation/goal may need some distinct change in order to keep it fresh and inspiring...let me know any ideas you have along those lines.

Mike 214 lbs Tweaked Back doing P90x--so missed goal
Tim 244 Came close, but did not hit it
Lisa 10 Workouts Not participating until further notice
Galen Maintain 183 16 Workouts in month! Hit It!
Terrence Maintain 170 Early Reported in--GOT IT! But will need to adjust next month's goal.
