WannabeFits Draw Their Line in the Sand!
Okay, Wendell and Cindy have called us all out! "No excuses" from Cindy, and Wendell has officially weighed in at 201lbs....with 2lb weight loss per month (so April 2 goal is 199) for one year, or till he hits 180 lbs....then will maintain. AWESOME! From the WannabeFits. Congratulate them loudly and often!

Sorry Gang, I "may" have to take an injury delay. (I say "may" because I'm in the denial stage that I really don't believe I have an injury). Officially (and in an odd way, "luckily"), I got injured prior to setting my goal and joining the "FitnessDudes."
So to the WannabeFit who is calling everyone out, "I'll be back!" :-) I know, I can hear you, "no excuses." Trust me, I wish it was that easy!
