One Day Early Reporting and Goal Saturday!
Howzit, everyone! I know we are all working hard toward our goals for tomorrow, and we are continuing one day early reporting....so if you already hit your goal today, let me know, and you can relax tonight!
Our two newest members, Lisa and Galen have already hit and well exceeded their goal today....Lisa did 9 workouts on goal of 8, and Galen lost 7lbs (!) on goal of 4....outstanding! Let's represent group! I know of three other people who already hit their goal today, so if you did, let me know. And keep going for tomorrow....looking forward to all the great news! Better Late Than Never! Sept Goals Achieved, October Goal Date is Two Days Away!
Aloha, Fit Friends!
Welcome two new members to our group, Galen and Lisa Haneda. They joined us earlier this month, and emailed me their first goal targets soon after.(see below);My sincere apologies for not posting anything for almost the entire month of September! It has been an extremely busy time! But I have seen almost everyone in the group (except my sister, Steph) this month, and everyone is progressing all according to plan. CONGRATULATIONS to the entire group on achieving their September Goals.

Sounds like everyone has hit their September goals! CONGRATULATIONS! (Now, I wanna know what the post-C&K concert numbers are...)
After 3 hard games of basketball this morning, I beat my 208 goal with 207.6...
Insanity is kicking my butt, especially month two when it ramps up every workout to "MAX" levels...
